HODAG PIE (CHICKEN PIE) 
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
3 eggs
1/3 c. minced onion
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 c. chopped broccoli, thawed & drained

Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over bottom of pastry shell. Top with chicken. Beat eggs; stir in onion, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce. Pour over the chicken and cheese. Sprinkle broccoli on top, followed by the remaining cheese. Bake in 425 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
