HOMEMADE SMOKED SUMMER SAUSAGE | |
1 tsp. Morton's Tender Quick 3/4 tsp. coarse black pepper 1 tsp. mustard seed 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. Liquid Smoke 1 lb. ground lean beef Combine all ingredients, adding enough water to make it bind. Mix well with your hands once each day for three days. Keep covered in refrigerator. On fourth day shape into a roll and bake for one hour at 350 degrees. This sausage will also freeze well for later use. |
