FRIED CORN 
6-7 ears fresh corn
3 tbsp. sugar
Little water
Bacon grease
Pepper and salt

Clean and wash ears of corn. Slice corn from cob, slicing mid-way to cob, then scrape cob, removing rest of corn and juice from cob. Add sugar and pepper. Add little water to corn. Heat pan with bacon grease; add corn. Stir frequently until done.
