CORN PUDDING 
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter (melted)
2 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
1 can of cream corn or 2 c. fresh corn
3/4 c. milk
Dash of nutmeg
1 pinch of salt

Combine sugar, butter and salt. Whip 2 minutes. Add eggs, and the remaining ingredients and mix 2 minutes.

Bake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour.
