SOUTHERN CORN PUDDING 
6 eggs
1 1/2-2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 cans creamed corn
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 stick butter

Beat eggs. Mix milk and cornstarch. Melt butter in baking dish. Mix all ingredients together and pour into baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until custard is set. Serves 10-12.
