SOUTHERN STYLE SCALLOPED CORN 
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2/3 c. American cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. milk

Combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart round casserole pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Serves 6.
