SOUTHERN STYLE SCALLOPED CORN 
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. shredded American cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. milk

Combine ingredients; pour into greased 1 1/2-quart round casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
