SOUTHERN CORN PUDDING | |
2 cans cream corn 1/2 or 3/4 c. sugar 2 round tbsp. cornstarch 4 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1 can evaporated milk 1/2 c. regular milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 stick butter Mix sugar and cornstarch together in bowl. Add rest of ingredients, except butter. Grease casserole with Pam or butter. Pour contents in and dot with butter. Bake in 375 degree oven until set and golden brown on top, about 30 to 45 minutes. Great with ham dinner. |
