CORN PUDDING 
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cream style corn
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients except butter. Place butter on top. Bake at 425 degrees until firm around edges. I start checking after 1 hour.
