SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1/4 c. milk
1/2 stick melted butter
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 slices American cheese, broken up in pieces

Mix ingredients well and turn into well greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees (325 degrees in glass pan) 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
