3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/8 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. self-rising flour

Mix ingredients with sweet potatoes; mix well. Pour into baking dish. Mix topping ingredients well. Sprinkle on potatoes and bake 45 minutes at 345 degrees.
