3 c. boiled mashed sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. Amaretto
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
Sm. marshmallows to taste

Combine all ingredients except marshmallows. Put in a greased baking dish and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Raise oven temperature to 450 degrees. Cover top of pudding with marshmallows and bake until marshmallows are golden brown. Serves 8.
