STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
4 tbsp. strawberry jello

Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch and water all together and cook until clear. Add jello. Stir until dissolved. Cool. Pour over whole strawberries in graham cracker crust or baked pastry pie shell. Top with whipped topping or whipped cream. Garnish with strawberries. Chill.
