FISH PAPRIKAS 
2 lbs. fish
4 slices bacon
2 onions, diced
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt

Cut fresh fish into pieces after cleaning and salt to taste. Cut up the bacon and place in a pan with the diced onions. Brown a little and then put the paprika and fish into the pan. Put enough water on it to cover the fish. Cook slowly until it begins to boil and continue about 15 minutes. Do not stir until tender and ready to serve. If necessary, shake the pan a few times.
