PAPRIKA FISH (Baked) 
1 lb. fish fillets, fresh or frozen, thawed
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Cooked rice or noodles

In skillet, cook onions in oil until golden brown. Spread onions in bottom of shallow baking dish. Arrange fish over onions.

Combine milk, paprika, salt and pepper. Pour over fish. Bake at 350 degrees, basting twice, for 25 minutes or until fish flakes with ease. Transfer fish to serving platter and pour sauce over it. Serve over hot rice or noodles.
