1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/3 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. dried onion
1 can corned beef, flaked
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. Western family salad dressing
2/3 c. celery, minced

Ham and crab also good to use in this recipe or chicken. Mix and chill until firm. With the corned beef, this sauce is a MUST.

SAUCE:

1 c. commercial sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped chives or green onion tops
3 tbsp. horseradish
