CREAMY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1/4 lb. blue cheese
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream (or yogurt)
2 c. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced

Crumble cheese. Set aside a few tablespoons until later. Combine ingredients and beat until fluffy. Add reserved cheese. Refrigerate. Makes about 3 1/2 cups. It's thicker at first and will thin down in a day or two.
