2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. light salad oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 tbsp. Roquefort or bleu cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp. sweet cream
1 tbsp. sugar
Fresh pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients together and pour over an assortment of salad greens and toss.
