MEAT CABBAGE ROLLS 
(Not the canning type Pressure Cooker)

1 lg. head cabbage,
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. fat
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. hot water

Dip cabbage leaves in hot water. Dry leaves on clean towel. Combine meat, salt, pepper, cooked rice and milk and mix well. Place a tablespoon or more of meat mixture into each leaf; roll leaf around meat and fasten with toothpick. Heat Cooker; add fat and brown rolls lightly. Sprinkle with brown sugar, add water. Close cover securely. Place Pressure Regulator on vent pipe and cook 10 minutes with Pressure Regulator rocking slowly. Let pressure drop of its own accord.

Tomato soup or salsa would be good as a colorful topping.
