CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 head cabbage, blanched
3 lb. hamburger
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
3/4 c. minute rice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt; optional
1 lg. can tomato juice
1 stick butter

Mix together hamburger, tomatoes, rice, salt, pepper, and onion. Take small amounts of hamburger mixture and roll in cabbage leaves. Put layer of cabbage rolls, layer of sauerkraut until used. Last layer should be sauerkraut. In saucepan heat tomato juice and butter. Pour over cabbage rolls. Bake 2-3 hours at 350 degrees.
