CHOCOLATE CHIP MELTAWAYS 
2 egg whites
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar gradually; salt and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop mixture on foil. Put into oven and then turn oven off immediately. Don't open oven door for 3-4 hours. I put them in oven at bedtime and take them out the next morning.
