PEANUT FUDGE MELTAWAYS 
1/2 c. chopped peanuts, roasted or chunky peanut butter
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. granulated sugar

Melt chocolate and butter together. Mix all ingredients and press into 9 x 9 inch pan. Refrigerate while making filling.

FILLING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cream butter, milk, sugar and vanilla. Mix and spread over crumb mixture. Chill again.

TOPPING:

Melt 1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate. Pour over filling. Spread this thin layer evenly. Refrigerate. Cut into squares.
