SLICED BEEF WITH MUSHROOMS 
1/2 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. parsley
1 lb. beef tenderloin or ribeye, cut into 8 slices
2 tbsp. butter

Cook and stir mushrooms, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and garlic in 1/4 cup butter until mushrooms are tender. Stir in parsley; keep warm. Cook beef in 2 tablespoons butter over medium high heat, turning once until desired doneness, 3 to 4 minutes on each side. 4 servings.
