EASY NO - KNEAD WHOLE WHEAT
BREAD
 
3 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
3 pkgs. dry yeast
2 c. water
2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
5 to 6 c. white flour

Combine first 4 ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, and yeast) in large mixer bowl. Heat in saucepan the liquids (water, milk, and oil) until very warm (120 to 130 degrees). Add warmed liquid and eggs to dry ingredients. Blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Stir in the white flour by hand. Use enough flour to form a stiff batter. Cover and let rise until double. Stir down and spoon into 2 greased 9 x 5 inch bread pans. Let rise 20 to 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
