SCALLOPED CORN 
2 c. cooked corn, drained
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk

Combine corn, eggs and salt. Place alternate layers of corn mixture and crumbs in greased baking dish. Dot each layer with butter. Pour in milk. Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Yields 6-8 servings.
