MOCK FILET MIGNON | |
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef 2 c. cooked rice 1 c. minced onion 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 8 slices bacon Combine first 7 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Shape into 8 patties 3/4 inch thick. Wrap bacon slice around each patty, fastening in toothpick. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with mushroom sauce. Yields 8 servings. |
