SANDBAKKELS 
1 c. lard
1/2 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla (or 1/2 tsp. lemon & almond)
2 eggs
4 c. flour, depending on size of eggs

Cream lard and butter, add sugar; cream well. Blend in eggs and extracts. Add flour. Press thinly into sandbakkel tins. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
