HIGH HAT POPOVERS WITH
SCRAMBLERS
 
1 c. sifted all purpose flour
1 c. skimmed milk
1 carton Scramblers (shake before using)
2 tbsp. polyunsaturated oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Coat the inside of 5 or 6 ounce custard cups with polyunsaturated butter. Dust lightly with flour. Combine the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Beat two minutes at medium speed in mixer. Fill custard cups 1/2 full. Place on baking sheet. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn off oven. Prick popovers with a sharp knife point and leave in the oven 10 minutes to dry the centers. Makes 8 to 10 popovers.
