1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
1/3 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 1/2 c. chopped pared apples, approximately 3 apples
3/4 c. packed brown sugar

Mix cake mix, water, butter, eggs, graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon in a large bowl. Beat to mix well. Fold in chopped apples. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until inserted pick comes out clean.
