DISHPAN COOKIES 
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
2 c. coconut
4 c. corn flakes (do not crush)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

In very large bowl, cream the sugar, cooking oil, eggs and vanilla. Thoroughly mix in remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes until light tan. Makes 10 dozen cookies.
