DISHPAN COOKIES 
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. quick cooking oats
2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. coconut
2 c. cornflakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together brown sugar, white sugar, cooking oil, eggs and vanilla. Thoroughly mix in soda, flour, salt, oats, coconut, nuts and corn flakes. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Makes about 10 dozen.
