DISHPAN COOKIES 
2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
4 lg. eggs
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
4 c. corn flakes
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream together sugars, oil and vanilla. Add eggs and beat well. Sift together dry ingredients, flour, soda and salt, stir corn flakes and oatmeal into flour and mix well with first mixture. Fold in remaining ingredients. Dough will be very stiff. Drop by teaspoons onto oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 12 dozen.
