CORN PUDDING 
2 c. canned kernel corn, drained
1 can green chili peppers, drained and chopped
1/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, lightly beaten

Mix in order given and pour into casserole dish. Set dish in shallow pan of hot water and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until set.
