TUNA AND SHRIMP PIE WITH CRUST 
20 oz. drained tuna
1 c. thawed shrimp
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. tarragon
3 boiled eggs, sliced

CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sour cream
3-4 tbsp. ice water

Heat butter in frying pan, saute onions 2 minutes. Add shrimp. Heat through. In bowl add tuna, shrimp, onions, toss lightly. Fold in sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and tarragon gently so tuna is not mashed. Stir in eggs. Set aside to make crust.

CRUST: Mix flour and butter to coarse crumbs. Blend in sour cream and water. Roll out half dough for bottom crust. Fill with filling. Roll out top crust, make a small vent hole. Fit over filling. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
