GREEN BEANS MEDITERRANEAN 
1 lb. fresh green beans
2 tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. croutons

Cut beans, cook is slightly salted water for 15 minutes.

In medium saucepan, melt butter and combine with tomatoes, onion powder, basil, salt, garlic and butter. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, uncovered.

Toss with cooked drained green beans, add croutons and toss again.
