HYDROX COOKIE DESSERT 
24 Hydrox cookies, roll into crumbs
Lg. can canned milk
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 pkg. lime Jello
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 drops green food coloring

Mix cookies with butter. Pat 2/3 mixture into bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan and set aside. Chill canned milk; beat until frothy. Mix one package lime Jello with hot water, lemon juice, and sugar. Fold into milk. Add food coloring. Pour onto crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs.
