JENNY'S BEST WHITE FUDGE | |
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) margarine 3 cups sugar 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk (Carnation) 1 (12 oz.) bag vanilla white baking chips 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme (Kraft) 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract Lightly butter a 13x9-inch pan. Mix margarine, sugar and milk in 3-quart saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Continue to boil on medium heat for exactly 5 minutes. Note: Stir constantly! Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla chips until melted, add marshmallow creme and vanilla. Stir and mix well, pour into pan. Allow to cool completely. Cut into pieces. Enjoy!
