4 1/2 c. white sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
3 (6 oz.) pkg. or 3 c. chocolate chips
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix sugar and milk in a large, heavy saucepan and slowly bring to a rolling boil. Let this mixture boil for 8 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from the heat, add chocolate chips, marshmallows and butter. Mix only until chips and the marshmallows are melted. Add the vanilla and nuts and blend. Spread the mixture into a large very lightly buttered pan. Let it cool and then enjoy it. You can't control calories with this treat, but one piece is worth it. Lust!
