MAPLE NUT FUDGE | |
3 cups brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 1 cup cream 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 2 tbsp. maple flavoring 1 cup marshmallow creme 1/2 cup chopped nuts Mix sugars, cream, syrup and butter. Stir constantly while boiling for 12 minutes. Take off heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in flavoring, marshmallow creme and nuts. Stir until thick enough to pour into buttered pan. When cool, cut in squares. |
