PENUCHE FUDGE 
2 c. dark brown sugar
1 (5 oz.) can condensed milk
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 lb. white chocolate
1/2 tsp. maple extract

In large pan stir together sugar, milk, butter and vanilla. Bring mixture to boil and boil for exactly 11 minutes stirring constantly. Turn off fire, add marshmallows, white chocolate, nuts and maple extract. Beat until smooth. Pour into well buttered pan.
