NAPA VALLEY CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) ready to cook broiler, cut up
Seasoned flour
1/4 c. butter
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. sherry
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 med. onion, minced
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire

Coat chicken with seasoned flour. In hot melted butter in large skillet, cook chicken until evenly browned. Remove to 2 quart casserole. Start heating oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan, combine ketchup, sherry, water, lemon juice, onion, butter, brown sugar, and Worcestershire; bring to boil. Pour over chicken and bake covered 1 1/4 hours or until tender. Makes 4 servings.
