IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. pie spice
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients together 2 minutes. Pour into a 9 x 1 1/4 or 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie pan.
