MOM'S WHEAT BREAD 
4 c. wheat flour
2 c. plain flour (approximately)
2 tbsp. yeast
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar

In a warm container, dissolve 2 tablespoons yeast and 1 tablespoons sugar in 1/2 cup warm water. Let stand 10 minutes in a warm place. Then to this, add 2 cups warm water, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and 4 cups wheat flour. Mix well. Then add enough plain white flour to be able to knead easily. Knead for 10 minutes. Let the dough rest 10 minutes. Place in bread pans or form round for buns. Let rise until doubled in size. This will take about 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
