MOM'S BREAD PUDDING 
1/2 c. raisins
4 c. day old dried bread
3 eggs
3 c. warm milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
Pinch of cinnamon & nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Milk or whipped cream (opt.)

Set baking dish in a layer pan or bowl of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until custard is set. Serve with milk or whipped cream. Serves 8.
