BROCCOLI & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice, cooked with salt & drained
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 chopped onion, sauteed with 1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients together and bake, covered in 2 greased casseroles for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve 1 casserole and freeze the other.
