BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. carton cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Colby or other yellow cheese (cubed)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
2 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
1 med. onion, chopped & sauteed
6 eggs

Beat eggs, mix in remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour. Top should be brown. Can be made ahead and baked later or baked ahead and reheated.
