CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped and cooked
4 lg. chicken breast, cooked, chopped
3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted

Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cottage cheese in bowl. Layer half broccoli, chicken, cheese and sauce in casserole dish; repeat layers. Saute cracker crumbs in butter in skillet. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Cook at 350 degrees until bubbly.
