CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
5 pieces fryer breasts or 1 (3 lb.) whole fryer
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick melted butter
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

Cook and bone chicken, cut in pieces. Mix soup and sour cream, add 1/2 stack of crumbled Ritz crackers. Pour over chicken. Crumble 1 stack Ritz crackers over top and sprinkle melted butter on top. Sprinkle the top with poppy seeds. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
