CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
2 tsp. poppy seed (opt.)

Cook (boil) until tender. Remove bones and chop into bite size pieces. Mix together soups and sour cream. Pour over chopped chicken which has been placed in casserole dish. Crush crackers and mix with poppy seed (if used). Top with cracker mixture. Pour melted butter over crackers. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
