SWEET-POTATO BALLS 
Combine 2 1/2 cups mashed canned or cooked sweet potatoes, 3/4 teaspoon salt and dash pepper and 2 tablespoons melted butter; stir in 1/4 cup tiny marshmallows; chill.

Shape in balls, using 1/4 cup mixture for each. Heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1/3 cup honey in small heavy skillet; when hot, add balls, one at a time. With 2 forks, carefully but quickly roll in glaze, coating well.

At once roll in 1 cup chopped walnuts. Place balls so they do not touch in greased shallow baking dish. Drizzle with a little melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 10 sweet-potato balls.
